Dew
Glistening drops shine,
Sparkling in the morning,
Trickles on the grass.
Spider
Sparkles of dew caught
Within silky strands of death,
Spider waits for prey.
Petals
Blossoms on water,
Afternoon breeze blowing,
Petals dance upon.
Stone
Fissures in the rock,
Cracks in its dull gray surface
Resting on the ground.
Caterpillar
Tuffs of fur-like spikes
Slowly nibbling on leaves
A tree, its buffet
